2617 South Baltic Avenue Apartment 15R This humble little apartment complex located in the southern section of Atlantis is where Lucas Banks lives. It is a rather small place with one bedroom, one bath and a study. Since it is on the lower part of the city it doesn't have as much traffic as the central sections do. This allows for a better night's sleep and a nicer home to relax in. Luke converted his study into a bedroom for Colin the moment he heard the boy had been found. It took him quite a few months to get it fully furnished, but he wanted so badly for Colin to come live with him. The antenna on the building's top receives all communications from around the city and channels it into the apartments inside. It is one of the older buildings in the city and is used strictly as residence for citizens.

1200 Socrates Lane School for the Intellectual and Metaphysical Development of Young Minds (SIMDYM) This is one of the more interesting facilities in Atlantis. This is where all the young people of Atlantis go for formal training and learning. The four buildings that make up the main part of the school were each built separately from one another and then placed together at a later date. Building A is the administration building. This is where all the teachers have their offices and where the administrative staff works to ensure the school continues to run and peak efficiency. It was built in the late eighties as a Social Security Office in middle America before the Order transported after finding it laced with Dark inscriptions. All the spells were broken and the building was put to good use. Building B holds all the classrooms for the academic portion of the students curriculum. It was the only building actually built for it's purpose. It was once part of a college that was set to be demolished. The order rescued the building and has used it ever since. Not all off the classrooms are used, but they are there for the further growth of Atlantis. Building C was once a Witches Fortress in Medieval Europe. After a great battle the Atlanteans managed to drive the witches from their castle. They decided to move the building back to Atlantis so they could study it and look for a weakness in dark defense spells. After the extensive study of the building it was used as a place to educate students to the dangers and powers of the witches. Building D is used for developing the metaphysical abilities of the Atlantean students. Here is where they teach electrical engineering, pyrotechnics and various other subjects. It was originally built as a power-plant and then modified by the Order after it was abandoned. |
101 Atlantis Circle The Great Tower of Atlantis. The most massive building in all of the City and something breathtaking to behold for the first time. With three hundred floors it has departments spanning over thousands of subjects. Some of the sections are inaccessible by normal Atlantean citizens. Some of the floors are completely hidden, as if they don?t exist. In the center of the tower is a massive lift system carrying hundreds of people between floors all hours of the day and night. They have the most extensive cafeteria containing food from all corners of the world. The library is extensive. Taking up a total of five levels it has ancient tomes from some of the earliest civilizations. The Council of Atlantis presides on the top floor. Overseeing the City they gave birth to those many thousands of years ago they keep watch. Trying to devise a way to defeat the witches once and for all. There are rumors that a system of underground tunnels stems out from beneath the tower. This has never been confirmed since and entrance to these tunnels has never been found. The Council has made no comment on the matter. It is the unseen beacon of hope to the world. As long as it stands the Order will continue to fight the dark and defend the Earth's people. |
